摘要在日常生活中,人们对于各类小家电的塑料产品及日常生活用品种类的需求 越来越多,需求量也越来越大,注塑模具无处不在。
本次设计通过完成椭圆曲线曲面异型 3D 建模、模具设计及数控加工毕业设 计,进一步加深对机械制造专业相关知识的理解与认识。通过 3D 建模,数控自 动编程,熟悉掌握 CAD、CAM 软件的应用,整个设计包括 3D 建模、模具设计及数 控加工三大部分。课题与接近生产实际,通过设计,其模具设计、数控加工工艺 设计及加工程序应能达到或接近生产实际应用。对以上问题的研究是综合复杂的 过程,每一步都紧密与现实生产经营挂钩,所以我会全力以赴,在课题中进步提 高,用课题检验自己,努力做出一份完美的课题。75749

Abstract In daily life, people for various small appliances plastic products and daily necessities, more and more types of demand, demand is also growing, injection mold everywhere。
The design is completed by oval shaped curve and surface 3D modeling, mold design and NC graduation design, mechanical engineering and further deepen the knowledge of understanding and awareness。 Through 3D modeling, CNC automatic programming, familiar with CAD, CAM software applications, the entire design, including 3D modeling, mold design and CNC machining of three parts。 Challenges and close to the actual production, by design, the mold design, process design and NC machining program should be at or near the actual production applications。 Study of these problems is a comprehensive complex process, every step of the production and operation closely linked with reality, so I will go all out to raise the issue in progress, with test subjects themselves, and strive to make a perfect subject。
