摘要如今消费趋势趋向于那些小巧迷你的电子产品,所以电脑产品配件必然会向 微型化方向发展。这次的电脑机箱 TH-3 面板按钮是一种微注塑模具设计,也是 一类小巧精细的塑件。传统的人工经验设计需要多次调试模具修正制件产品的不 足才能得到一个相对缺陷少的塑件,这样太过依靠经验和技术的流程很大程度上 延长了模具的设计开发周期,不适应于现在产品频繁快速更新。通过 UG 软件的 分析设计可以不需要多次试模,不仅降低模具研发成本,而且大大减少了模具研 发周期,并且通过建模分析得到的塑件质量更加优化。
这次设计首先阐明了研究模具设计的目的意义以及国内和国外注塑模具的 发展和现状;再说明了电脑机箱 TH-3 面板按钮注塑模具的设计思路和创新点; 最后介绍了完整的塑件设计流程最后得出设计结果。主要利用了 UG 建模仿真设 计出型芯型腔以及导出装配图,使用 Moldflow 确定最佳浇口位子,最终得出设 计结论。75756

Abstract Now the consumer trends tend to those small mini electronic products, computer accessories products so will develop towards micromation。 The design of computer chassis panel button TH-3 is a kind of micro injection mold design, plastic is a kind of fine small。 The disadvantages of traditional artificial experience design needs to repeatedly debugging die modification product parts get a relatively few defects of plastic parts, this process too rely on the experience and technology largely extending the mold design and development cycle, not adapt to the rapid update products frequently。 Through analysis of the design of UG software may not need to repeatedly test mode, not only reduce the mold development costs, but also greatly reduces the mold the development cycle, and the quality of plastic parts is more optimized through modeling analysis。
This design firstly expounds the study mold design of the purpose and significance and domestic and foreign injection mold development and current situation; then explains the design idea and innovation of computer chassis TH-3 panel button injection mold; at last, the paper introduces the complete plastic parts design process finally come to the conclusion that the design results。 Mainly using the UG modeling and simulation design of core and cavity and export assembly drawing, using Moldflow to determine the best gate seat。 Finally, it is concluded thatconclusion。
