摘要生活中经常看到的尾灯盖这类塑料制品,需要通过注塑模具来完成它的成 型,这次的 QC 尾灯盖是一件薄壁塑件,需要采取合理的方案才能完成这次设计。 根据尾灯盖的工艺结构性,合理地选择一模两件的型腔布局和分型面,对注塑模 结构来进行设计。运用 UG 软件对该零件型芯型腔进行添加模架,然后浇注系统、 推出机构、导向机构、冷却系统、成型零部件等进行设计,最后通过 AutoCAD 将整个装配图表现出来。在这过程中尤其对侧向分型机构进行考虑,采用斜滑块 外侧分芯使滑块脱离尾灯盖四周,顺利完成开合模。设计完成后对注塑机的一些 参数比如注塑机的锁模力等进行校核,让设计更加合理,也使得塑件能够顺利成 型出来。75757

Abstract Life often see the light cover this type of plastic products, the need to complete it through the injection mold molding, the QC light cover is a thin wall plastic parts, need to take a reasonable plan to complete the design。 According to the rear light cover process structural and rational choice a mold two cavity layout and parting surface, the structure of injection mold design。 Using UG software to the injection mold gating system, the introduction of institutions, guiding mechanism, cooling system, molding parts and other design, and finally through the AutoCAD will be expressed in the entire assembly drawing。 In this process, particularly on the lateral branch institutions are considered, using lateral oblique slider core to slide out of the rear light cover around, the successful completion of the opening and closing of the mould。 After the completion of the design of the injection molding machine some parameters such as injection molding machine clamping force and so on to check, make the design more reasonable, also makes the plastic parts can be successfully formed。
