摘要设计以双卡紧固接口零件为例,对其进行注塑模具的设计。通过对塑件的分 析,利用 UG、AutoCAD 等辅助软件完成了塑件的三维建模以及零件图的绘制。分 析塑件后发现,由于塑件存在侧孔以及侧凹,故设计利用侧向分型与抽芯机构完 成对塑件的脱模。斜滑块与推管推出机构相结合为设计的创新点,也是本次设计 的难点。通过查阅许多资料后,完成了双卡紧固接口塑件的浇注系统、成型零部 件、推出机构以及侧向分型与抽芯机构等的设计与校核,从而实现本次的设计目 的。设计最终以利用侧向分型与抽芯机构完成了对侧孔以及侧凹部分的脱模,成 功地设计了双卡紧固接口的注塑模具设计。76197

Design of Injection Mold for The Dual Card Fastening Interface
Abstract This design of injectiong mold was finished by using the two card fastening interface parts as an example。 Through the analysis of the plastic parts,the three-dimensional modeling of plastic parts and parts drawing was completed by using AutoCAD, UG and other auxiliary software。 After the analysis of the plastic part, it was found that there is a side hole and side recess in the plastic part, so the design have to use the side parting and core pulling mechanism to complete the mold release。 The combination of the inclined sliding block and the pushing pipe pushing mechanism is the innovation point of this design。 By consulting many data, the design and check of gating system, forming parts, ejector mechanism and side parting and core pulling mechanism of fastening interface of plastic parts was finished, so purpose of this design was achieved。 In the end, the design of the injection mould for the double clamping fastening interface was successfully designed by using the side parting and core pulling mechanism to complete the stripping of the side hole and the side concave part。
