摘要通过自行设计的车削热-车削振动测试系统,完成了不同车削参数下的车削试验。利用红外测温仪采集中期磨损刀具的车削温度信号,同时三向加速度传感器采集刀具三向振动信号,得到了刀具车削温度和三向振动加速度的时域曲线。对所采集的信号进行时域统计分析,得到温升均值和三向加速度均方根值,基于试验结果,研究了车削温升与三向振动加速度的相关性,建立车削温度关于车削振动及车削参数的拟合公式,基于最小二乘法,通过MATLAB编程得到相关系数。研究表明:(1)车削过程中,车削速度、进给速度、背吃刀量对车削温度都有一定的影响,随着车削速度、进给速度、背吃刀量的增大,车削温度也会随之升高;(2)随着车削速度、进给速度的增大,振动加速度也随之增大。随着背吃刀量的增大,振动加速度先增大然后减小。(3)根据回归模型可知,车削振动对车削温度有一定的影响。(4)依据车削参数、车削振动所建立的回归模型可以较好地预测车削过程中刀具的车削温度变化。76449

Experimental study on the correlation between turning thermal and turning vibration of medium wear tool

Abstract Testing system for turning heat and turning vibration design by my own , turning tests under different turning parameters are finished。 Using infrared temperature measuring instrument to collect the turning temperature signal of the medium wear cutting tool, at the same time, the three direction acceleration sensor is used to collect the three direction vibration signal of the tool, the time domain curves of the tool turning temperature and the three direction vibration acceleration are obtained。 Statistical analysis of the collected signals in time domain, get the Mean value of  temperature rise and the RMS of acceleration。 Based on test results, studied the relationship between the temperature rise and the three direction vibration acceleration, the fitting formula of turning temperature on turning vibration and turning parameters is established, Based on the least square method, the correlation coefficient is obtained by MATLAB programming。 The research shows that: (1) turning speed, feed rate and turning depth have certain influence on the turning temperature, with the increasing of turning speed, feed rate and turning depth, turning temperature rising; (2) with the increasing of turning speed and feed speed, the vibration acceleration is also increasing。 With the increasing of turning depth, vibration acceleration increases first and then decreases; (3) According to the regression model, it can be known that the turning vibration has a certain influence on the turning temperature。 (4) The regression model can be used to predict the temperature change of the turning tool in the turning process。
