摘要:撑档组合机床的设计是对被加工件撑档的加工方便而产生的,该型撑档是 上海鼎龙机械有限公司所生产的自动高速印刷机的重要机械部件。撑挡的加工精 度以及与墙板的安装精度影响着两块墙板上安装的大量轴辊类零件的转动精度, 进而影响整台印刷机的印刷质量,所以撑挡的高精度是实现高速自动印刷机高精 度的前提。79610
为了满足撑档加工的要求,得出在机加工中应选择组合机床来作为撑档加工 的主要装备的结论。就此进行对撑档加工组合机床的设计理念,对组合机床的总 体布局定型了确定,,依据撑档加工的要求选择了组合机床的型号和配置形式, 设计和选用了相应的组合机床主要部件,机床主轴箱、动力箱、十字滑台、接杆、 滚珠丝杠等。也根据撑档的尺寸要求确定了作台的尺寸和材料。根据所有重要部 件的个加工环境的因素进行了机床底座设计。
设计组合机床时要合理计算出组合机床的具体参数,并对这些参数进行整 合,调整。使机床最为稳定可靠。并将这些数据编写在说明书内,在日后的具体 加工中或者机床的重构上做到有例可寻。
根据设计的和相应设计计算,在 NX 设计软件的辅助下,对撑档加工组合机 床进行了三维建模,并请对整机和重要零件绘制了工程图。
