摘要随着时代的进步,制冷技术得到了广泛的应用和很大的进步。并且越来越多的实验 需要在下雪的环境下进行,但是自然条件下的降雪很多时候无法满足实验的需要,也无 法随时进行实验,因而这使得人工造雪实验室有了市场需求。比如降雪环境对空调室外 机的性能影响等等,这些实验都需要人工造雪实验室。79703
在本文中,采用喷嘴喷雾的方法在低温环境下进行模拟降雪过程,选择了具有代表 性的 R22 作为设计的制冷剂,根据相关的论文发现在-10℃的条件下降雪的质量良好。并 对人工环境低温环境的制冷负荷进行了计算,以及各部件进行了选型,例如:喷嘴、压 缩机、热力膨胀阀、冷凝器、蒸发器等。并对供水系统、供气系统进行了一个大致的设 计,并能够防止管道及喷嘴在低温环境下冻结。

Title: The Design of Experiment Artificial Snow Device
Abstract:With the progress of times, refrigeration technology has been widely used and got great progress。 And more and more experiments need to be in a snowy environment, but the snow under natural conditions are often unable to meet the experiment’ s needs and can not experiment at any time, which makes snowmaking laboratory with the market demand。 For example,the impact of snowy enviroment to air conditioner outdoor unit, these experiments require artificial snow laboratory。
In the paper, artificial snow was achieved by means of water spraying in an environmental simulation lab for air conditioner。 I choose a representative of R22 refrigerant as a design。 According to the relevant articles found that the snow quality is very nice in -10℃。 And artificial environment of low temperature cooling load was calculated, as well as a selection of components, such as:type of spray nozzle , the compressor, a thermal expansion valve, condenser, evaporator and so on。 And water supply systems, gas supply system has a general design, and piping and nozzles can be prevented from freezing at low temperatures。
