摘要齿轮作为一种连接和传动的零部件在机械设备中使用极其广泛,但发生故障的概率很高。一旦发生故障,就有可能引发机器停产,造成巨大的经济损失,甚至给工作人员带来生命安全威胁。因此为了了解并诊断齿轮的故障,设计一个合适的齿轮故障实验平台是当务之急。80349

本文一开始就阐述了齿轮故障实验平台设计的目的及意义,以及当前研究现状。同时,对故障齿轮进行了机理分析,包括故障齿轮的模型分析,简单说明了一些典型的齿轮故障,对它们的类型和特点做出了简要介绍。在此基础上,进行齿轮故障实验平台的整体设计。

此齿轮故障实验平台由电动机、变频器、齿轮箱、振动加速度传感器、制动器、采集仪等设备组成。驱动部分由电机实现,经皮带连接带动齿轮旋转,振动加速度传感器放在齿轮箱上,采集仪通过传感器采集信息,并输入分析仪器中判断其振动信号是否正常。

本文主要是通过对各零件选型,包括电动机、变频器、联轴器、滚动轴承、制动器、加速度传感器等,以及对V带、齿轮箱箱体、圆柱齿轮和各个轴的设计,来完成整个齿轮故障实验平台的设计。

本文模拟了齿轮的断齿故障。把齿轮箱拆开后,分别放入正常齿轮和断齿齿轮来实验。将两种振动信号通过振动加速度传感器,经由电荷放大器输入到采集卡,再进入计算机进行数据分析。

利用Matlab软件的绘图优势进行编程,绘制正常齿轮和故障齿轮的时域和频域波形图,并通过时域分析和频域分析,将正常齿轮和故障齿轮进行对比,就可以了解故障齿轮的信号特征。

最后,将本文所写内容作了总结,完成齿轮故障实验平台的整体设计和齿轮振动信号的数据分析。

Design of gear fault experiment platform

Abstract   Gear as a kind of connection and transmission parts in mechanical equipment in the use of a very wide range, but the probability of failure is very high。 Once a failure occurs, it is possible to cause the machine to stop production, resulting in huge economic losses, and even to the staff to bring life and security threats。 Therefore, in order to diagnose the gear fault, it is needed to design the suitable gear fault experiment platform。

  This paper firstly introduces the purpose and significance of the design of gear failure experiment platform, and the current research status。 At the same time, the mechanism of the fault gear is analyzed, including the fault gear model, the types and characteristics of the typical faults are introduced。 On the basis of this, the whole design of gear failure experiment platform is carried out。

  This gear fault experimental platform is composed of motor, frequency converter, gear box, vibration acceleration sensor, brake, acquisition instrument and other equipment。 Driven in part by the motor to achieve, by a belt connected to the driven gear to rotate, the vibration acceleration sensor on the gear box, acquisition instrument through the sensor gathering information, and enter the analysis instrument to determine the vibration signal is normal。

  This paper is mainly through the motor, frequency converter, couplings, bearings, brake, selection of acceleration sensor, and the V belt, gear box, the cylindrical gear and shaft design, to complete the design of the gear fault experimental platform。

  In this paper, we take the broken tooth as an example to simulate the fault of the gear box, and carry on the experiment through the gear box to install and remove the normal and fault gear。 The two vibration signals are input to the acquisition card via the charge amplifier, and then enter the computer to analyze the data。
