摘要潜在通路分析(SCA)技术可以保证系统的安全性和可靠性。从该技术的发现到 现在已经过了近 50 年,在这期间,SCA 技术有了巨大的飞跃,目前在航天系统中得 到青睐。为了提高效率,专家们也在试图研究出能够替代部分人工的方法,因此出现 了计算机辅助分析软件,并且得到了人们的认可。鉴于利用潜在通路分析技术在电路 系统中取得了很多成效,本文将在复杂热力系中利用潜在通路分析技术来提高其安全 性能。81363 

根据以往的经验,把热力系统中的元件与电路系统中的元件相类比。故在对热力 系统进行潜在通路分析时,可以利用上述经验,把热力系统等效成电路系统,并尝试 归纳出能够用在热力系中的潜在通路分析方法。本文尝试着研究适合典型复杂热力系 统的潜在通路分析的研究方法。然后制作出适用于典型复杂热力系统的线索表。接着 尝试利用计算机辅助编程来进行路径搜索。归结为以下五步。一,将典型复杂热力系 简化划分为若干个子系统;二,简化每一个局部系统;三,将热力系统图等效为电路 流程图,并生成网络树;四,路径搜索与拓扑分析;五,找出潜在路径,并提出改进 建议。本文通过实例——压水堆核电站热力系统来验证上述方法的可行性。从结果我 们可以看出,上述方法是可以找到核电站内热力系统的潜在通路,并且计算机辅助分 析也能够减轻我们手动搜索的工作量。因此利用 SCA 方法来查找典型复杂热力系的 潜在通路的方法有很大意义。

Abstract Sneak circuit analysis is an important tool for system security and reliability。After nearly fifty years’ development,the technology has been greatly used in the safety and reliability of the control system in aerospace research。Many research institutions at home and abroad have developed increasingly sophisticated computer-aided analysis software to improve efficiency and have achieved remarkable results。Given some success sneak circuit analysis made in the circuit system,we will use the technology into the complex thermal system in order to improve the safety and reliability of the thermal system。

In the previous studies of the thermal system,people drew an analogy between the thermal system’s elements and the circuit system’s elements。Therefore,in the sneak circuit analysis of the thermal system,we can turn the thermal system into the circuit system。Meanwhile,we will take the sneak circuit analysis of the circuit system and thermal system’s own characteristics into account to sum up the sneak circuit analysis of thermodynamic system。Additionally,this article use the analysis of examples to verify the feasibility of the method and tries to combine computer-aided analysis of the thermal system。Finally we achieve the automatic search function of the straight path。 Comes down to the following five steps。 , the typical complex thermal system simplified partitioning for several sub system; second, every part of the system is simplified; three, thermal system diagram equivalent circuit diagram and generate network tree; four, path search and topological analysis; fifth, to find out potential path, and put forward suggestions for improvement。 In this paper, the feasibility of the above method is verified by an example of a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant thermal system。 From the results, we can see that the above method can be found in the nuclear power plant thermal system potential access, and computer aided analysis also can reduce the workload of manual search。 So it is very important to find the potential path of the typical complex thermal system by using the SCA method。
