摘要自行车锁盖零件在过去一般是通过切削加工获得,不仅浪费材料,而且工时较长造成生产效率不高。为此本文采用冷挤压技术来生产该零件,首先对锁盖零件图进行分析,确定哪些结构不能直接成形及其余量的大小后制定出冷挤压件图。再根据冷挤压件图设计出不同的毛坯,依次对这些毛坯进行DEFORM模拟。分析对比其等效应力、等效应变、损伤值以及最大挤压力选出更为合理的毛坯,从而制定出冷挤压工艺方案。然后确定了毛坯采用车切下料制备以及前处理的具体流程。最后计算出最大冷挤压力,选出合适的冷挤压设备,并设计了凸、凹模的尺寸和卸料装置,以此为基础推出锁盖零件冷挤压的整套模具,阐明了其基本结构和工作运动原理。82588

Abstract Bicycle lock cover parts in the past is generally obtained through the cutting process, not only a waste of materials, but also a long time resulting in the production efficiency is not high。 In this paper, the cold extrusion technology to produce the parts, the first part of the analysis of the lock cover parts, to determine which structure can not be directly formed and the size of the margin after the development of cold extrusion parts。 According to the cold extrusion part drawing design different blank, in order to carry out the DEFORM simulation of these blanks。 Analysis and comparison of the equivalent stress, equivalent strain, damage value and the maximum extrusion pressure to select a more reasonable blank, so as to develop a cold extrusion process。 Then determine the blank using the car cut material preparation as well as the pre process of the specific process。 Finally, calculated the maximum cold extrusion pressure, choose suitable cold extrusion equipment, and the design of the convex and concave die size and unloading device, in order to based launched lock cover set of die cold extrusion parts, expounds the basic structure and principle of work。
