摘要截止阀是用途非常广泛的机械产品,它主要应用于各种流体工程系统的管道上3002适用于石油、化工、轻工、电力、医药、冶金、航空等装置的控制系统中。
与工业生产中另外一种常用的截断类阀门——闸阀相比,从结构上来说,截止阀比前者简单,便于制造和维修。从使用寿命上来说,截止阀密封面不易磨损及擦伤,阀门启闭过程中阀瓣与阀座密封面之间无相对滑动,因此对密封面的磨损与擦伤较小,所以提高了密封副的使用寿命。截止阀在全开闭过程中阀瓣行程小,其高度相对闸阀较小,易于流量的调节,压力适用范围广。
随着国民经济的快速发展,各个行业对阀门的要求也进一步提高,主要表现在阀门使用的密封性,压力要求更高。82768
本文主要利用中望CAD以及UG NX软件对钢制截止阀进行方案设计、模型的建立、三维装配以及爆炸图的制作,利用ANSYS软件内的Workbench模块进行阀体、阀盖的静力学分析,经过划分网格、添加约束、计算求解等一系列过程后,得出结果云图,从而验证设计的可行性。

Abstract Globe valve is a very versatile machinery products, it is mainly used in all kinds of fluid pipeline engineering system and applicable to petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, electric power, medicine, metallurgy, aviation and other device in the control system。
Compared with another kind of Truncation type of valves – gate valve which is commonly used in industrial production, globe valve has simple mechanism and is easy to manufacture and repair。 In terms of the service life, sealing surface of globe valve is not easy to wear and scratches, in the process of opening and closing, there is no relative sliding between disc and seat sealing surface, so the service life of the seal is improved。 In the process of full open closed, globe valve has short disc stroke then gate valve, so it is easy to adjust the flow, and has wide applicable scope in terms of pressure。
With the rapid development of national economy, various industries has improve the requirement of the valve, mainly in the sealing of the valve and pressure。
In this paper, the CAD and UG NX software were used to design the scheme, build the model , assemble the model and manufacture the explosion diagram of steel globe valve。 The Workbench module within the ANSYS software was used to conduct the finite element analysis of body and bonnet。 After a series of process, such as piding the grid , adding constraints, solving the solution, the cloud chart of the results were achieved finally analysis。
