摘要随着工业发展,冲压模具的应用越来越广泛。同时由于产品更新换代速度的加快,除了要保证模具设计质量以外,对模具设计效率的要求也越来越高。为了促进我国冲压模具技术的发展,从计算机技术、先进加工技术及装备、其它新技术与冲压模具等方面分析了我国冲压模具的技术现状。结果表明:经过几十年的发展,我国的冲压模具总量位居世界第三位,加工技术装备基本已与世界先进水平同步。83320
本文首先对落料拉深复合模具的特点以及工艺结构进行了简答的分析,并在接下来的内容中对落料拉深复合模具的一些设计方法、设计理念进行了描述,其中对落料拉深模具设计过程中选用的工艺方案以及其他工艺方案的特点和优缺点进行了重点介绍,并分析了各种工艺方案的适用情况和落料拉深复合模具使用方案的特点。本次拉深设计的方案是在落料拉深复合模工序基础上外加两次拉深工序,在设计的过程中,对模具中各个零件的尺寸及其所受的力进行了计算,从而对落料拉深复合模的结构进行了整体的确定。对于另一个冲孔模具,分析了冲孔模具的冲裁力、卸料力等受力情况。通过对冲孔模具设计方案的分析,选用了合理的压力机,同时,对凸凹模刃口进行了计算,也对冲孔模具进行了整体尺寸的确定。本文设计的拉深模具,对于加工口径小但高度较大的拉伸类零件特别适用,通过理论分析和实践探索,以及对工艺过程的设计,可以使一次难以加工成型的拉伸类零件在加工的过程中变的更容易加工,避免了拉深断裂,从而可以保证了质量,降低了成本,提高了生产效率。
