摘要管件的弯制方法有很多,相应的弯管机的种类也就多种多样,大多数是手动 或者机械强制压制成型。实际生产中,弯管机操作人员的专业素质是达不到机器 所要求的,这具备一定的危险性。本课题就是在已有的弯管机基础上进行简化改 装,在提高生产效率的同时简化了操作步骤。83325
在此基础上,本课题设计了一款 DW38 液压自动弯管机。机器由托料夹紧和 弯管夹紧机构、小车推进机构、摇臂回转机构组成。夹紧机构由液压进行对管件 的夹紧,而推进机构和摇臂回转机构都是由电机带动。在弯管中,摇臂回转机构 带动轮模和弯管模来完成管件的弯曲。
该弯管机采用了液压与电气的传动,简化了传动链,大大提高了弯管效率。 并且操作人员只需要放置管件后按开关,管件能自动的弯曲成功,降低了工作人 员的危险性。
Abstract Pipe bending method has a lot of, corresponding bending machine there are many and varied, most of them are manually or mechanically forced pressing。 In practical production, bending machine operation personnel's professional quality is not up to the required by the machine, which has a certain degree of risk。 This topic is in the existing bending machine based on were simplified modification and in improving production efficiency and simplify the operation steps。
On this basis, this paper designed a DW38 hydraulic automatic pipe bending machine。 Machine by supporting material clamping and elbow clamping mechanism, the car forward mechanism and rocker rotating mechanism。 The clamping mechanism is composed of a hydraulic for clamping of the tube, and pushing mechanism and rocker arm rotating mechanism is driven by the electric machine。 In the bend, the rocker arm rotating mechanism driven wheel die and bending die to complete the pipe bending。
The pipe bender adopts hydraulic and electrical transmission, simplifying the drive chain, greatly improving the efficiency of pipe bending。 And operation personnel only need after placing tube to press the switch tube can automatically bent successfully, reducing the risk of staff。
