摘要D型锅炉主要用于石化工业,是为了保证化工的生产用汽,与企业的生产相比,锅炉本身的经济性并不很重要;更何况D型锅炉的燃料一般都是石化工业的副产品,所以其运行的经济性比发电的燃油锅炉好的多,而其运行简单可靠,维护方便,升降负荷速度非常快是常规发电用的“Ⅱ”型锅炉所无法比拟的,目前国内D型锅炉均是燃油或燃气的。本课题主要的目的是进行基于100吨D型燃气锅炉上提出的两个方案的热力计算及烟风阻力计算,然后对比其中参数,做出合理分析与评估,挑选出相对合适的方案。83511
本课题进行的主要工作有:
1。了解锅炉的整个结构,参照每个部件的原理和作用对其结构有一个深入的认识与掌握。
2。根据提供的100吨D型燃气锅炉3D结构图,读出锅炉每个部件的数值,对照热力计算书模板弄清每个部件所要计算的数据以及公式所在。
3。在100吨的结构基础上做200吨两种方案的改变,方案一在结构参数上没有太多改变,只在内部传热部件有少许变动,要先计算出每个部件的大小,再安排位置。方案二在高度上有提高,高度方面都有变化。
4。读出结构参数之后以100吨的热力计算书为模板,通过软件生成200吨的热力计算及烟风阻力计算,对结构进行核对。
5。以100吨为基础,将两个方案放在一起比对结构、热力、烟风阻力三个部分的参数,选出比较合理的一个方案。

The main purpose of this topic is put forward two scheme of wind resistance calculation of thermodynamic calculation and smoke which based on the 100 tons of D type gas boiler, and then compare the parameter, make reasonable analysis and evaluation, At last selected a relatively suitable scheme。
The main work of this paper is:
First, understand the whole structure of boiler, with reference to the principle of each component and function of the structure has a deep understanding and mastery。
Second, according to provide 100 tons of D type gas boiler3D structure of the numerical , read every component of the boiler, controlled thermal calculation template to find the data and the formulate for calculation of each component are lies。
Third, based on the 100 tons of the structure of the 200 tons of the change of the two kinds of schemes, scheme 1 don't have much change on the structure parameter, only internal heat transfer parts will have a little change, to calculate the size of each part, then arrange the position。 Scheme 2 increase in height, height has change。
Forth, read the structure parameters with 100 tons of thermodynamic calculation for the template, by software, producing 200 tons of thermodynamic calculation and smoke wind resistance calculation, check the structure。
Fifth, on the basis of 100 tons, put the two solutions together, compare their structure, heat and smoke wind resistance parameters three parts, then choose a reasonable a scheme。
