摘要2自由度平台结构简单,工作稳定可靠,控制简单,可以满足大多数工业操作的需求,可以降低机构的复杂程度和成本,简化运动学和动力学模型,因此在工业生产及其它领域应用前景广阔。本课题在多自由度安装、调节平台系统研究和发展状况的基础上,设计了传动齿轮箱试验系统中安装驱动电机和传感器的2自由度安装平台,要求平台能沿轴线和高度方向进行手动和电动运动。本课题着重对系统的传动方案和结构设计进行了分析,完成电机驱动、传动系统和导轨系统的参数设计和功能部件的选型,完成了平台的定位和锁紧系统设计,并最终完成试验台结构的三维实体图和二维装配图及零件工作图的设计,并对平台的结构强度和刚度进行分析。84186

Title Structural design of 2 degree of freedom installation platform for dynamic performance test of transmission gear box 。
Abstract 2 degree of freedom platform has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable work, simple control, can meet the needs of most industrial operations and can reduce the complexity and cost, simplify the kinematics and dynamics model, therefore, in industrial production and other areas has broad application prospects。 Based on multiple degrees of freedom installation, adjusting platform research and development status, this paper designed a 2 degree of freedom platform in the test system of transmission gear box installation drive motor and sensor , demanding that the platform can be manual and electric motion along the axis and height direction。This paper focuses on the system drive scheme and structure design analysis, completes the parameter design of drive motor , transmission system and a guide rail system and the the selection of functional components , completes the design of the platform position and lock tight system , and finally completes the design of structure of experimental platform of 3D solid drawings, and 2D assembly drawing and parts drawing, and analyzes the structural strength and stiffness of the platform 。
