Research of the implementation of ERP from supply chain perspective
Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and complex surroundings, the traditional implementation model of ERP has been unable to help enterprises quickly and accurately respond to market changes。 The supply chain management ，as a new management concept, has the advantage of coordinating resources and can help companies make up for deficiencies in the process of ERP implementation。This paper, from the supply chain perspective, use domestic and foreign ERP implementation model theory as a basis for research。It trys to use theories and the case to analyse the problems of ERP implementation and the necessity of supply chain implementation 。The paper is based on the present situation of ERP and use the knowledge of ERP and the supply chain management 。It aims to look for a new way to
implement ERP and put forward recommendations to enterprise for it’s development。

0 引言
自ERP的思想被提出以来，ERP的应用长期局限于企业内部，即传统ERP实施模式更多的通过内部资源整合以提高运作效率，而并不过多地考虑企业外部资源如何变动。但在如今多变的竞争环境下，这种仅仅依靠自身资源参与竞争的模式已难以适应市场环境的转变了，主要表现在：ERP的实施没有与供销商联系起来，无法利用供需链上的资源，无法实时地以现有的资源响应客户的需求；在传统模式的运行之下，企业各部门之间缺乏紧密的联系，未能及时协调分配，对整体工作提供支持；实施的范围局限在组织内，信息交流滞后，无法跨越边界以充分利用市场上的各种资源，这种种原因导致我国许多企业ERP实施成功率很低，也打击了企业实施ERP的信心，因此在新的环境下传统ERP系统实施模式亟待改进。论文网
