Research on Strategic Management of Private Enterprise Financial Group
Abstract
Private enterprise on China's economic development and social stability plays an important role in promoting。 However, private enterprise financial management is also increasingly become a constraint behind the development of the private economy in vain grid。 Private enterprise financial management strategy is the development trend of private enterprise financial management。 Financial management financing difficulties, blind investment, has been plagued by extensive management and other private enterprises。 Some private enterprise group no financial strategic management concepts, but also failed to recognize the financial impact on the strategic management of private enterprises sustainable development。 Therefore, the study of private enterprise group financial strategy management, and promote the sound development of private enterprise financial management so as to enhance the competitiveness of private enterprise groups and promote their long-term development。From the research background, purpose, significance and status of domestic and international research to start, then it introduces the concept of financial management strategies, characteristics, type and development and application, and detailed analysis of the JY Group's financial strategy in different stages of development, and finally find out JY Group's financial strategy management problems, and proposed to strengthen the Group's financial strategy JY management measures。
