摘要：随着经济的发展，企业越来越成为市场的主体，其经营的目标不外乎于追求利润最大化。长久以来，衡量一家企业经营好坏主要是从三个方面进行分析：营运能力、盈利能力以及偿债能力。其中，营运能力分析是最为基础的。企业如果想实现利润最大化的目标就必须先认清自身实力。而最快能认清自身实力，了解公司的财务状况以及经营成果的方法就是正确分析企业营运能力。因此，公司必须重视对自身营运能力的分析。本文从营运能力分析的内涵以及重要性等相关理论概述出发，以信达地产股份有限公司为例，通过计算总资产、流动资产等的周转率，分析比较同行业均值，发现信达地产在营运能力方面存在存货积压、应收账款坏账较多等问题，并针对发现的问题给予相应的建议。85914

Abstract ：With the development of economy, the enterprise is already become the main body of market。The goal is to pursue profit maximization。For to long,the operation capacity,profitability and solvency is one of the important indicators to measure whether a business is proper。The operation ability analysis is the most basic。 The companies want to achieve profit maximization goals ,they must first recognize their own strength。The fastest methods to recognize their own strength and understand the company's financial position and operating results is correct analysis enterprise operation ability。 Therefore,it is very important to analyze the operation ability of a company。In this paper,starting from the concept and importance of operation capacity, take XinDa real estate limited liability company as an example。Through calculating the general assets current asset turnover ration and so on,analysis and comparison in the same industry averages to find issues on XinDa company in operation capacity and give advice to solve the problem。
