摘 要：存货是公司为生产购入的以待出售的或者加工之后能够销售的,预计在不久的将来能给企业带来效益的资产，具有流动性的特点。在当代的经济市场下，存货几乎是大部分企业都有的一项重要的资产，它能够直接影响到企业的流动资产和总资产。存货在企业总资产中占据的比例越来越大，在流动资产在占据的比例就更不用说了。对于那些存货在公司总资产中占据较大比例的企业，存货管理极应受到重视。所以说存货管理在当今中国众多企业管理中变得越来越重要。而本文通过对安洁科技公司存货管理进行研究，并且发现中国大部分中小型企业在存货管理上或多或少都存在一点问题。针对这些普遍存在的问题，本文提出了制定合理的采购清单控制采购成本，有序摆放存货控制仓储成本，改进存货盘点方法，招聘组织建立专业的存货管理队伍等方法，使企业在当代中国经济市场竞争如此激烈的情况下还能占据一定的竞争优势，为企业获取更大的经济利益。85916
