摘要电子商务是指利用互联网开展的各类商务活动,是继农业革命和工业革命之后第三次伟大的产业革命。20世纪90年代以来,电子商务以其信息传递快、流通环节少、交易成本低、跨时空限制和市场规模大而风靡全球。在全球经济一体化和信息化的今天,电子商务作为一种新型的贸易方式,是国内外中小企业提高竞争力,参与国际市场的重要途径。基于电子商务对世界经济与社会发展的重要意义,本文在分析国内外企业国际化战略发展的基础上,指出了在新的经济环境下中小企业基于电子商务实施国际化战略的重要性。通过对云和木制玩具企业这一案例的分析,进一步探讨了电子商务视域下中小企业的国际化战略。 44253
Abstract: E-commerce refers to the use of the Internet for all types of business activities, is the third great industrial revolution following the agricultural revolution and the industrial revolution. Since the 1990s, e-commerce with the rapid information transmission, less circulation, low transaction costs, great market, and across the barriers of time and distance has becoming popular in the world. With the coming of global economic integration and the information era, e-commerce as a new trade, can largely improve the competitiveness of SME to participate in international markets. The e-commerce playing an important role in the world economic and social development, this paper points out the importance of executing the internationalization strategy of SMEs based on e-commerce in new economic environment according to the domestic and foreign enterprise internationalization strategy. Through the Yunhe wooden toy companies analyzed in this case, further explores the internationalization strategy of SMEs in e-commerce sight.
