摘要:随着社会制度与经济的不断发展,越来越多的人开始关注起慈善活动、志愿者服务以及环保活动。这些人在进入公司后,将自己对于慈善事业的价值观带到了工作岗位上,同时,也影响了企业中的其他员工。员工对于企业社会责任的看法及观念会影响整个公司的整体运作,这也间接反映了企业与社会关系的看法。企业若无法及时并发起一系列的企业社会责任活动,这将会引起公司内部及外部的一系列问题,也会让员工对企业缺乏信心及信任。员工作为企业至关重要的一个群体,虽说对企业没有经营决策权,也无需承担任何的社会责任,但企业依旧离不开员工,员工是企业不可分割的一部分,因此,在公司的未来发展规划中,应当把员工的个人价值观考虑在内。本文主要通过分析中国现有的慈善志愿者活动,结合志愿者们的亲身经历,来具体分析员工的个人价值观对其参与本单位的企业社会责任活动的影响,以及员工的个人价值观对其参与公益机构的慈善活动的影响,从而分析出个体的价值观对员工参与企业社会责任的影响,最终能让更多的员工参与到企业社会责任活动中去,这也有利于公司提升其综合竞争力。48287

Influence of inpidual values of employees to participate in corporate social responsibility
Abstract: With the development of the social system and economic, more and more people are paying attention on charity, volunteer services, and environmental protection activities. After they become to be a member of the company, they bring their inpidual CSR value in charity to workplace, meanwhile, it may also affect the employees around them. The views and ideas of the employees will affect the overall operation of the entire company, which also reflects the views on the relationship between business and society indirectly. If the company can’t initiate a series of CSR activities timely, which will lead to a series of internal and external problems, it will also make employees lack of confidence and trust of the company. Employees are vital to each company, although they don’t have authority on making decision of the company, don’t need to take any social responsibility as well, company and employees still can’t be separated, therefore, company should take employees’ value into account in future development plan and strategy. In this paper, I will analysis Chinese current charity、volunteer activities first, and then, integrating volunteers’ personal experience to analyze how employees value have an impact on their behavior of participating in CSR activities, and how their person values have an impact on their behavior of participating in charity activities of public institutions, then, to analyze how employees’ personal values have an influence on their behavior of participating in corporation’s social responsibility activities. Finally, it will have a future enhance on employees’ behavior of participating in CSR activities, it will also strengthen the enterprise management and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
