摘 要：随着计算机网络技术的广泛运用，电子商务迅速崛起，在当今的商业贸易中占有的分量越来越重，企业的生产经营各个环节也随之发生着巨大的变化。在电子商务环境下，传统的财务管理方法已经无法满足现代企业的管理要求，甚至变成了企业发展的阻力之一。为顺应经济的发展，企业必须基于电子商务平台构建新型的财务管理模式。本文以亚马逊为例，围绕电子商务环境下财务管理呈现的新特点、存在的不足及改进措施进行分析，以丰富和完善企业财务管理系统，帮助企业适应时代并且更好更长久的发展。56931

Abstract: With the application of computer network technology, the rapid development of e-commerce, business and trade in today's increasingly heavy weight in the possession. 1 引言
1.1 研究的背景
近年来，电子商务发展速度迅猛。据商务部预计，将来几年电子商务成交额的增长速度不仅不会放慢，而且会在保持前几年增长速度的基础上每年再平均增加20%以上，明年将有望达到12万亿元左右。传统的财务管理模式应付迅速发展的电子商务网站越来越吃力，随之而呈现的问题也越来越多。为保障电子商务良性且持续的发展，找出能够适应如今电子商务成长趋势的财务管理模式迫在眉睫。
