摘   要：每个企业要加强财务管理和公司治理都离不开资本结构的分析，企业的经验决策和长远发展甚至生死存亡都要看财务结构是否设置合理。随着我国加入WTO市场经济体制的建立，企业的筹资渠道更加多元化和复杂化。与此情况下，资本结构的优化应引起企业的高度重视。本文通过对洋河酒厂股份有限公司股本结构、资产结构和财务状况的分析，得出洋河酒厂的资本结构基本合理，企业的抗风险能力也较强，但缺乏应对资产结构变化采取的相关措施。最后根据洋河酒厂的特点提出了针对性建议，以为管理者提供参考。57702

Abstract：Each enterprise should strengthen the financial management and corporategovernance cannot do without the analysis of capital structure, empirical decision of enterprises and long-term development and even of vital importance to look at the financial structure whether reasonable. Along with the establishment of China's accession to the WTO of the market economy, enterprises financing channels morepersified and complicated. And in this case, the optimization of capital structureshould be paid more attention to enterprises. In this paper, through the analysis of the 2009 listed the the Yanghe River winery Limited by Share Ltd equity structure,asset structure and financial  situation, the capital 

structure of the Yanghe Riverwinery is basically rational, enterprise anti risk ability is strong, but the lack of response measures related to capital structure changes take place. Finally,according to the characteristics of the Yanghe River winery and puts forward suggestion to provide reference for managers.

1  引言

2007年发生的美国次贷危机让全球金融发生动荡，从虚拟经济到实体经济，整个世界经济一片阴霾。这次次贷危机人们认识到，资本结构是一个企业生存的关键，面对危机企业的首要任务是如何优化企业的资本结构。

资本结构是企业加强财务管理和决策的重要依据。目前，不仅像我国这样的发展中国家，就连西方的发达国家都没有一个完善的资本市场。企业的行为价值、证券市场的健康发展和投资者的利益都受到企业的资本结构优劣的影响。
