摘要：随着我国市场经济的不断发展与金融体制深化改革，商业银行的地位日趋显著。在银行业务处理中，银行会计工作贯穿全过程，而我国商业银行目前所面临的高经营风险在很大程度上是与会计相关的。近年来，银行会计所面临的风险更加多样化、扩大化，使得其对商业银行的发展影响严重。因此，如何在激烈的竞争中判断风险，规避银行会计风险的发生，已成为银行风险管理的重点。本文以淮安市农村商业银行—淮安区分行为例分析了银行会计风险产生的原因及其表现形式，并针对其形成原因提出相应的防范对策。60175

近年来，我国经济迅速增长，随着经济的发展银行业也不断发展。近年来，由于银行会计风险而导致的经济案件时常发生，引发了人们对金融风险的深思与银行会计风险防范的重视。金融对整个国家的经济有着直接的影响，银行业作为金融的重要组成部分，银行风险的防范至关重要。银行会计是银行业务的最基础部分，由此而来银行会计风险的防范也就显得尤为关键。商业银行只有重视银行会计风险并加以防范，才能在金融危机不断的环境下生存下去。
