摘要：企业集团是当代企业发展的必然趋势，是社会生产力不断高速发展和市场经济竞争达到一定高度下所形成的产物。财务管理是企业集团管理的重中之重，所以加强财务管理是为了让企业集团更好发展的必要因素。61778

本文主要采用历史研究法、案例分析法、总结归纳法等经济写作手法对企业集团财务管理进行探讨与研究。文章首先对企业集团进行概述，从定义和国内外发展入手进行归纳，其次对企业集团财务管理的发展历程进行回顾分析得出财务管理的几个典型模式，进而在其财务管理现状中总结出几个常见的问题并通过问题的分析给出相应的优化对策。最后，对上海东奉集团财务管理进行案例分析，介绍东奉集团及其财务管理的现状，发现东奉集团在财务管理中存在的几个问题，并为集团今后更好地发展提出建议。

希望通过本文的研究，能够为企业集团财务管理政策的建立和发展提供自己的微薄之力。

The research of the financial management of enterprise group Take DongFeng Group as an example

Abstract：Enterprise Group is an inevitable trend of modern business development, and it is a product of the continuous rapid development of social productive forces and the competitive market economy under a certain height formed. Financial management is the top priority of the group management, so the strengthening of financial management is an essential element for the development of enterprise groups.

    This paper mainly uses the method of history research, case study, summary and analysis etc. Firstly, an overview of the enterprise group, starting from the definition and development at home and abroad were summarized, followed by a review of the development of enterprise group financial management analysis of several typical modes of financial management, and then it summarizes some common problems in the current financial management situation and gives the corresponding optimization countermeasures through the analysis of the problem. Finally, the financial management of DF Group case studies describes the status quo of DF Group and its financial  

management, found several problems existed in the financial management of DF Group, and make some recommendations for the better development of the Group in the future.

    I hope that this research can make effectively contribution to the development of financial management rules of enterprise group.
