摘  要： 经济在全球化的同时，经济、市场一体化也在慢慢的出现，市场经济也以迅雷不及掩耳之势地发展着，企业集团在当今的企业制度下变成了拥有丰富现代化特征的一种组织形式。企业职能战略中的财务战略存在的目的是使公司能够够有效的抵御风险，让企业能长期处于赢利状态。但是，在现在的财务管理理论中，企业战略并没有写入教材里去，尽管它起着关键性、决定性的作用，这样导致财务管理理论和方法与我们现在的社会发展不能完全相适应。现在的企业集团既想要有好的经济效益又要要高质量的生存环境，就必须把企业集团的财务战略摆在重要的位置上。本文主要是对我国企业集团财务战略存在的问题进行分析，以恒顺醋业集团为例，提出适合的解决策略。62707

Abstract：With the rapid development of economic globalization and economic integration, the arrival of the market and the market economy, enterprise groups have become the most organizational form of cross age characteristics under modern enterprise system. Financial strategy as an enterprise's strategy, the goal is to increase the company's ability to resist risks, pursuit thelong-term profitability of the enterprise . However, due to the current financial management theory don't take the enterprise strategy as a crucial or decisive factors to give formal and explicit consideration, the result of financial management theory and method at present can’t fully adapt to the era of strategic management requirements. In order to create a group to improve the economic benefit and to create a good living environment, the importance of attention should be paid to the enterprise group financial strategy. This paper is aimed at the analysis of financial strategy of enterprise group of our country problem, put forward to appropriate solving strategies.
