摘  要：随着经济的发展，主板市场已经不能适应更多高新技术企业的发展，为了使这些企业在市场中能够快速发展而推行了创业板。创业板的推行完善了我国的市场体制，从开始实施到现在，虽然已经取得成绩，但是在发展中难免会存在一些问题。例如：从限售股的解禁开始就出现了高管减持和高管离职等一系列现象，这些都是创业板市场弊端的体现，创业板的不良发展行为主要是因为创业板在我国发展的不完善。本文以上海佳豪有限公司为例分析了目前我国创业板市场的发展现状和面临的风险，找出相应的解决措施，为创业板市场的发展和完善提出一些合理而客观的建议。77789
