摘  要：固定资产对每一个公司来讲都是核心的基础设施，是一切正常业务展开的必需条件。它也是公司运营的紧要工具，占据很大资产比例，为了使固定资产能够发挥最大、最长久的工作能力和使用效率，不仅要保障资产的安全、完整性，同时要加强日常工作中对固定资产的管理和维护。所以，如果公司固定资产管理不做好，一定会引起资产严重流失、使用效率过低等一系列问题，进而使企业的管理成本增多。本文以苏友快修有限责任公司为例，从当前企业固定资产管理过程中存在的棘手问题入手，并对其原因进行深入的分析。并就如何提高苏友快修连锁公司的固定资产管理针对性地提出对策，促使固定资产管理科学发展，提高运营效率。77884

Abstract：Fixed asset for any enterprise unit is the most fundamental and core infrastructure, is a necessary requirement for normal operation in all。 It is also the important tool of enterprise operation, possesses a large amount in enterprise assets, in order to make the fixed assets long can play its biggest and most of the work ability and efficiency, not only is to ensure that the security and completeness of fixed assets, meanwhile, reinforce day-to-day management of fixed assets and its maintenance。 If there is absence of fixed asset management, inevitable to use the problems such as low efficiency, loss of assets, management confusion, which increase large amount cost of enterprise management。 Taking Su You fast repair chain enterprises as an example, from the thorny issues of current enterprise fixed assets management, and carried on the thorough analysis the cause of problem。 And on how to improve Su You fast repair chain enterprise fixed assets management orresponding countermeasures are put forward, prompted the scientific fixed assets management, enhance the running efficiency。
