摘要：低成本航空迅速发展。航空市场需求也在不断的增加。现如今人们比较注重生活品质。讲究低价格、高服务、高品质的出行方法。春秋航空是我国第一家低成本航空，发展态势良好，但与西南航空相比，其发展状况还是存在一定差距。本文主要运用杜邦分析法，把春秋航空作为主要分析对象。通过春秋航空与西南航空、东方航空的财务分析对照研究，对三大航空公司进行横向与纵向的财务分析。总结出低成本航空概念中“低”在财务数据中是如何体现的，并通过结合各项财务数据以及战略核心竞争力分析,我们可以发现这些财务指标存在差异的原因。最后也针对这些差异，为春秋航空提供了一些具体的管理方法及措施。并希望能够对国内其他航空公司起到借鉴意义。80337

Comparison’s Study on Spring Airlines’ and Southwest Airlines’ financial analysis 

Abstract : Low-cost airlines develop rapidly。 Aviation demand also continues to increase。 Nowadays, people pay more attention to the quality of life, low-price, high service, high quality way to travel。 As the first domestic low cost airlines-Spring Airlines, have good situation of development, but Spring Airlines’ development than Southwest Airlines, there are still a certain gap。 The article mainly uses DuPont analysis method, The Spring Airlines as the main analysis of the object。 Through the Spring Airlines and Southwest Airlines, Eastern Airlines that comparative research of financial analysis, the three major airlines that horizontal and vertical financial analysis。 Summed up the concept of low-cost airlines, "low" how to reflect in financial data。 And through combining the financial data and strategic analysis on core competitiveness, we can see that the reasons for the differences in these financial indicators。 Finally according to these differences, this article provides some specific management methods and measures for Spring Airlines。 And also hope that being able to play a reference for other domestic airlines。
