摘要:股利分配政策是分配上市公司的税后净利润,不仅对上市公司的长远发展有着显著影响,而且作为上市公司利益关系的核心,对公司股东的利益也有着直接的影响,现如今越来越成为人们关注的对象。因为股利分配政策涵盖的利益范围广泛,上市公司本身、资本市场和股东都有可能受到波及。股利分配政策的稳定和可持续发展,可以帮助上市公司的股东实现财富最大化的目标,对自身的健康发展也起到积极的促进作用。本文主要介绍了股利分配政策的研究目的和意义、包括简单综述国内外关于这一课题的研究理论现状,并且根据我国近年来上市公司对外公布的财务报告数据进行总结,剖析股利分配中存在的问题。通过具体的案例即分析贵州茅台近年股利分配政策反思其中存在的问题和值得学习借鉴的地方,最后对我国股利分配现状中存在的问题提出解决方法和建议。本文研究的目的是为上市公司正确实施股利分配政策提供决策依据,完善上市公司的股利分配行为。81275
