摘 要：历年来国内外曾多次发生流动性危机，流动性问题也随着金融市场的发展而在过剩与不足之间变换，这些都警示了流动性风险管理的重要性。同时面对复杂多变的金融市场，高效的风险规避与管理变得更加重要。基于以上背景，本文进行了相关研究。先总结流动性风险管理理论，而后对我国流动性状况进行分析，并提出相关改进举措。最后具体分析交通银行流动性状况，并据此提出：优化资产负债综合管理，提高信贷质量、提高信贷风险管理水平，完善内部流动性风险预警机制，改进压力测试方法等应对流动性风险的举措。81643

Abstract：Over the years， there has been frequent domestic and international liquidity crisis。  with the development of financial markets,liquidity problems transform between surplus and shortage , which warned of the importance of liquidity risk management。 While the face of complex and volatile financial markets, risk aversion and efficient management becomes more important。 Based on the above background, this paper carried out some relevant researchs。 First summaring liquidity risk management theory, and then to analyze the situation of liquidity, and propose improvement initiatives。 Finally, a detailed analysis of traffic bank liquidity situation and put forward: to optimize the integrated management of assets and liabilities, improve credit quality, improve credit risk management, improve the internal liquidity risk early warning mechanism, improve the stress testing methods to deal with liquidity risk management。
