摘要:蔷薇属植物多数是世界著名的观赏植物。中文分三类名称:月季、玫瑰和蔷薇,英语都称为Rose,花瓣5裂或重瓣,花有香气,广泛分布在亚、欧、北非、北美各洲寒温带至亚热带地区。但是蔷薇属植物种子属综合性休眠类型,其坚硬的重皮在一定程度上阻碍了胚的吸水及萌发,造成了种子发芽率不高。国内外研究表明,低温层积技术能打破种子休眠,从而提高其发芽率。
本毕业论文实验以学院花卉种质资源圃的蔷薇、白玫瑰、红玫瑰这三种蔷薇属植物种子进行低温层积催芽处理研究,旨在打破蔷薇属植物种子的休眠,提高种子发芽率,为大规模推广蔷薇属种子有性繁殖运用于生产提供基本的理论依据。20147

Study on three kinds of rose plants seeds
Abstract:Most of the genus Rosa is a world famous ornamental plants. the genus Rosa has three Chinese name: Rosa hybrida,Rosa rugosa and Rose, but it is all called rose in English. They are petals 5 crack or petals, floral aroma, widely distributed in Asia, Europe, North Africa, North America continents cold temperate to subtropical regions . The dormant reason of Rosa rugosa’s seed is integrated type.Hard spermoderm hinders water absorption and the germination of embryo,which cause its Low germination rate. Domestic and international studies indicate that cold stratification techniques to break seed dormancy, thereby improving their germination rate.
In this study, we choose three kinds of seeds: rose, white rose, red rose to cold stratification , which are both come from Shanghai Institute of Technology’s Flower Germplasm Resources Garden. In order to break Rosa planting seeds dormancy, improve their germination rate, brovide the basic theoretical basis for Rosa sexual reproduction is used to produce.
