摘要:高雪轮作为一种性价比很高的观赏植物,它具有株形优美、花序美丽、抗逆性强、管理粗放、文护费用低等特点,在许多的景观设计,尤其是在花海的运用和花镜设计的过程中,由于其优良的品质和高性价比,而备受青睐。本课题选用高雪轮的种子作为实验对象,分别通过设置不同的光照强度(强光照,中光照,弱光照和全黑暗四组)梯度和温度梯度(10℃,15℃,25℃和35℃四组),来观察高雪轮种子相应的萌发情况,并且记录萌发率等相关数据。通过分析数据,我们发现在光照组实验中高雪轮种子在各光照梯度下萌发率无太大差异;在温度组的实验中高雪轮种子在20℃—25℃条件下萌发率最高,萌发状态最好。通过本课题的研究,可以更好地了解高雪轮种子萌发的最适宜光热环境,以便我们在以后在对于高血轮的运用过程当中,选择适宜的播种时机或者创造适宜的萌发条件,提高高雪轮种子的萌发率和萌发质量,提高景观质量,降低后期管理的成本,丰富城市景观,提高城市生态系统的生物多样性,美化我们的生活环境。20230
