摘 要为探讨Zn2+胁迫对植食性昆虫褐飞虱的影响,本文设置浓度为50、75、100、125、150 mg/kg的Zn2+溶液浇灌水稻,测定取食水稻后的褐飞虱海藻糖代谢情况。研究结果表明不同Zn2+胁迫条件下,膜结合型海藻糖酶(Tre2)酶活变化与总酶活变化一致,且同Tre2基因表达趋势一致,与海藻糖含量变化趋势相反,表明褐飞虱通过Tre2来调节海藻糖含量的变化来应对Zn2+胁迫。而褐飞虱可溶性海藻糖酶(Tre1)与海藻糖合成酶(TPS)基因在Zn2+胁迫下起次要作用。相关研究有助于更加全面地评价锌污染对环境中植食性昆虫的危害及其对Zn2+胁迫的适应性调节,为稻田生态系统中锌等其它重金属污染的生态风险评估和环境监测提供理论依据和对策措施。89115
Abstract In order to investigate the effects of Zn2+ stress on phytophagous insects Nilaparvata lugens。 This experiment watered Oryza satrva L。 with different concentrations of Zn2+ solution (50,75,100,125,150 mg/kg), measuring the trehalose metabolism of N。 lugens。 The results showed that under different Zn2+ stress conditions, variation tendency of membrane-bound trehalase (Tre2) and total trehalase activity were consistent, and was similar with expression tendency of tre2 gene, and has an opposite tendency of trehalose content。 It is indicated that the N 。lugens regulate the trehalose content by tre2 in response to Zn2+ stress。 The soluble trehalase (Tre1) and trehalose synthase gene play a minor role under Zn2+ stress。 The related research is contributed to evaluate the harm of zinc pollution to the phytophagous insects in the environment comprehensively, and the adaptability of them in the ecosystem。 It also provides theoretical basis and Counter measures for the ecological risk assessment and environmental monitoring of the zinc and other heavy metal pollution in the paddy field ecosystem。源Y于U优I尔O论P文W网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201-8766
