摘要:海藻糖,又名覃糖,是由两个葡萄糖残基以α,α-1,1键联结而成的一种非还原性的双糖。本实验以实验室保藏的6种酵母菌为基础菌株,根据其海藻糖发酵产量筛选出海藻糖产量较高的菌种,然后对其进行紫外线物理手段的诱变,筛选出产量增加的菌株之后,采用亚硝酸进行化学诱变,筛选后,最终得到一株海藻糖产量提高的菌株,产量为1.469mg/mL,比出发菌株产量提高37%。并对该菌株进行遗传稳定性实验,证实该菌株连续传代十代,遗传稳定。21036 毕业论文关键词: 海藻糖;酿酒酵母;紫外线诱变;亚硝酸诱变
Mutation screening of strains producing trehalose
Abstract:Trehalose, also known as tain sugar, glucose residues with alpha, is made up of two alpha 1, 1 key hole and become a kind of reducing disaccharides. The experiment on the basis of laboratory preservation of 6 kinds of yeast strains, trehalose according to its fermentation production trehalose production high were screened, then carries on the ultraviolet mutagenesis of physical means, screened yield increase after the strain of using nitrite to chemical mutagenesis, screening, finally get one of trehalose production increase of strain, trehalose production of 1.469 mg/mL, than the starting strain yield increased by 37%. And genetic stability of the strain experiment, confirmed the strain continuously extend the tenth generation, genetic stability.
