摘要: 作为防治有害生物的一种有效途径, 化学农药对害虫的控制具有积极的意义。然而,低剂量农药对植物的影响长期以来未引起足够的重视。本文研究了低剂量农药对绿萝可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量及根活力的影响。结果表明,百菌清8、64ppm能显著提高绿萝根活力,吡蚜酮各浓度都可显著促进绿萝根活力上升;吡蚜酮处理后绿萝游离氨基酸含量显著下降,而可溶性糖含量则呈上升趋势;百菌清8、16、32、64ppm处理后可溶性糖含量显著下降。游离氨基酸含量随百菌清浓度上升现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,表明低剂量百菌清诱导了绿萝游离氨基酸的Hormesis效应。22742

Changes of the content of soluble sugar and amino acid and the activity of the root in Scindapsus aureus under the stress of low-dose pesticide
Abstract: As an effective means of controlling harmful organisms, chemical pesticide plays a very important role in plant training. But impact on plants in the low-dose dose did not receive enough attention. Changes of the content of soluble sugar and amino acid and the activity of the root in Scindapsus aureus under the stress of low-dose pesticide were studied in this paper. The results from the research of pesticide to the root activity showed that the root in activity S. aureus was stimulated by the 8, 64ppm of chlorothalonil. And the activity of root in S. aureus was increased significantly after the treatment of pymetrozine. The content of the amino acid was decreased significantly after the treatment of pymetrozine, and the content of the soluble sugar was increased significantly. However, the content of the soluble sugar in S. aureus was increased significantly at the treatment of 8,16,32,64ppm chlorothalonil. And with the increasing of the concentration of chlorothalonil, the content of the amino acid showed an inverted “U” type feature, which is the typical characteristics of the hormetic effect. The result showed that the hormesis of the amino acid in S. aureus was induced by the low-dose chlorothalonil.
