摘 要本实验以非洲辣木(Moringa stenopetala Lam)种子为外植体进行辣木组织离体培养研究,包括不同KNO3浓度对辣木种子萌发、幼苗生长发育的影响、不同6-BA浓度对辣木外植体芽增殖的影响以及不同IBA浓度对辣木生根的影响。对芽数、苗高、萌发率、平均增殖芽数、生根率、平均根长、平均根数进行观察记录,比较其生长状况。实验结果表明,KNO3浓度为8。0 mM的培养基对辣木种子的萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响最大;而6-BA浓度分别为0。25mg/L,0。5 mg/L,1。0 mg/L的的培养基,对顶芽增殖的苗高没有多大影响,而6-BA浓度为1。0cm/L时,对于顶芽增殖的平均芽数有优势;而6-BA浓度为0。25mg/L时对子叶节上再生的苗高有优势;6-BA的浓度为0。5mg/L时,对子叶节芽增殖最具优势;在研究不同IBA浓度对辣木生根影响时,为不加IBA对辣木生根最为有利。89549
This experiment was to use the Moringa stenopetala Lam seed to reseach the in vitro culture of Moringa stenopetala Lam’s tissue, including the effect on Moringa stenopetala Lam seed’s germination, seedling growth and development for treating by different concentration-KNO3, the influence of different concentration of 6-BA Moringa stenopetala Lam explant bud proliferation, as well as the effects of different IBA concentration on Rooting of Moringa oleifera。 The growth status was compared by measuring the number of buds, the height of seedlings, the average number of buds, rooting rate, average root length and average root number。 Experimental results show that when the concentration of KNO3 was 8。0 mM, it had the greatest influence on Moringa stenopetala Lam seed germination and seedling growth。 The concentration of 6-BA was 0。25 mg/L, 0。5 mg/L, 1。0 mg/L of culture medium respectively, on the terminal bud proliferation, there was no effect on seedling high, but the concentration of 6-BA was 1。0cm/L, its suitable for the proliferation of the average number of shoots。 For cotyledon section proliferation, when the concentration of 6-BA was 0。25 mg/L, it had the seedling height advantage; when the concentration of 6-BA was 0。5mg/l, it was appropriate for the average number of nodes in the cotyledon node。 When Studying on the effects of different IBA concentration on Rooting of Moringa oleifera, we found without IBA of Moringa oleifera was most favorable for rooting。
