摘要:黄芩具有广泛的生物活性,而在前人多项研究中已确认黄芩的主要有效成分是黄酮类化合物。关于黄芩中总黄酮提取的研究一直都备受国内外学者的关注,故很多学者已对提取黄芩中总黄酮这一类问题做了相当多的研究。历年来对提取方法的研究不计其数,综合研究发现超滤法和微波法提取效果相对较佳,而微波法提取时间更好、平行性更高;而对提取条件优化的研究也数不胜数,综合研究发现不同的原材料运用微波法提取时提取条件不同,提取率也存在很大差异。本论文旨在通过对黄芩药材中总黄酮的提取,研究其提取条件的优化,达到更高效提取总黄酮的目的。通过对黄芩中药材中总黄酮提取的条件进行优化,获得最佳的提取优化条件参数:乙醇浓度为70%、固液比为1:300、微波火力为中火、微波辐射时间为50s,提取次数为2次;在该条件下,黄芩中总黄酮的含量达到64。1 mg/g,较未优化前提高了60。95%。结果表明,采用微波提取法提取黄芩中总黄酮,提取效率较高,提取速度较快,提取过程较简便,提取成本较低等特点。本论文研究结果可为黄芩中药材的进一步研究和深加工打开一个新思路。93176

Abstract: Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi has a wide range of biological activities, and in previous studies, it has been confirmed that the main active ingredient of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is flavonoids。 The study on the extraction of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi has been concerned by scholars at home and abroad, so many scholars have done a lot of research on the extraction of Flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis georgi。Over the years, there are many researches on the extraction methods。 It is found that the ultrafiltration method and microwave extraction method is relatively good, but the microwave extraction time is better and the parallelism is higher;However, the research on the optimization of extraction conditions is not enough。 The comprehensive study found that the extraction conditions of different raw materials by microwave method are different, and the extraction rate is also very different。The purpose of this paper is to optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, so as to achieve more efficient extraction of total flavonoids。Based on the extraction of total flavonoids from Radix Scutellariae in Chinese herbal medicine conditions were optimized。 The optimal parameters of the optimal extraction conditions: ethanol concentration 70%, solid-liquid ratio 1:300, microwave power was in the fire, the microwave radiation time is 50s, 2 times of extraction;Under this condition, the content of total flavonoids in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was 64。1 mg/g, which was 60。95% higher than that before optimization。The results showed that the microwave extraction method was used to extract total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi。 The extraction efficiency was higher, the extraction rate was faster, the extraction process was simple, and the cost was low。The results of this study can open a new way for further study and deep processing of Radix scutellariae。
