摘要:为探讨饲料中色氨酸水平对团头鲂幼鱼的生长性能、全鱼体成分、血清生化指标的影响,选用初始体重约为23.33±0.11克的团头鲂幼鱼540尾,随机分成6个实验组,每个实验组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。配制6种色氨酸水平逐渐递增的配合饲料,色氨酸含量分别为:0.08%、0.19%、0.28%、0.40%、0.49%、0.60%,养殖周期为8周。结果表明:(1)随着色氨酸水平的升高,最小饵料系数呈先下降后增加的趋势,特定生长率、增重、终末体重、肥满度、肝体比、脏体比呈现先升高后下降的趋势,并且都在0.28水平达到最佳。(2)饲粮中的色氨酸水平对全鱼体成分并没有显著性影响(P>0.05)。(3)谷草转氨酶(AST)呈现出下降趋势,其他血清生化指标没有显著性变化。(4)根据SGR和FCR,色氨酸需要量分别为0.40%(占饲料蛋白含量为1.28%)和0.41%(占饲料蛋白含量为1.31%)。研究表明适量色氨酸水平是团头鲂获得最佳生长性能的关键因素。26595 毕业论文关键词:团头鲂;色氨酸;血清生化指标;谷草转氨酶。
Dietary tryptophan affects growth performance, body composition and plasma biochemistry in juvenile blunt snout bream, (Megalobrama amblycephala)
Abstract:An eight-week feeding trail was conducted to investigate investigate the effects of dietary arginine levels on the growth performance, body composition and plasma biochemistry in juvenile blunt snout bream. Fish (initial weight 20.0 ± 0.03g) were randomly sorted into 18 cages and each cage was stocked with 30 fish for farm pond culture. Six diets were formulated to contain graded methionine levels (0.08%、0.19%、0.28%、0.40%、0.49%、0.60% of dry weight)。 Results showed that (1) the feed conversion ratio increased with increasing dietary Tryptophan levels up to 0.28% and then showed a declining trend. (2) No significant differences were observed in the body composition(P>0.05). (3) About the plasma biochemistry, there are no significant differences except that ASL declined. (4) Based on SGR and FCR, the optimal dietary Tryptophan level of juvenile blunt snout bream should be 0.40% of diet (1.28% of dietary protein) and 0.41% of diet (1.31% of dietary protein), respectively.
