摘要:以新鲜的紫花苜蓿和红三叶为原料,分别设计紫花苜蓿单独青贮10:0 (R0A10)、红三叶单独青贮0:10(R10A10)、红三叶:紫花苜蓿为8:2 (R8A2)、6:4 (R6A4)、4:6 (R4A6)和2:8(R2A8)混贮等优尔个处理,青贮9个月后,对其进行感官评价、发酵品质检定和营养成分进行分析。结果表明:所有红三叶和紫花苜蓿混合处理的青贮饲料感官评价达到优等;不同混合比例对青贮饲料的发酵和营养品质有一定影响,R6A4处理的pH最低,与R2A8和R0A10处理差异显著(P<0.05);随着紫花苜蓿比例的增加,粗灰分和ADF含量有降低的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。本研究结果显示R6A4处理效果最好。28137 毕业论文关键词:紫花苜蓿;红三叶;混合青贮;发酵;营养品质
Studies on the fermentation and nutritional quality of red clover and alfalfa mixed silage
Abstract:The mixed silage of alfalfa and red clover were designed into six treatments: inpidual alfalfa silage 10:0 (R0A10), inpidual red clover silage 0:10 (R0A10), red clover: alfalfa 8:2 (R8A2),red clover: alfalfa 6:4 (R6A4) ,red clover: alfalfa 4:6 (R4A6) and red clover: alfalfa 2:8 (R2A8) . The sensory evaluation, fermentation quality and nutrient analysis of silage were determinated. The results showed that the sensory evaluation of all the red clover and alfalfa mixed silage were excellent; and the mixed ratio effected the fermentation and nutritional quality of mixed silages. The pH of R6A4 treatment was the lowest ,which was significantly different from R2A8 and R0A10 treatment(P<0.05); with the increase of proportion of alfalfa, CA (crude ash) and ADF(Acid detergent fiber) content decreased accordingly, but the difference between the treatments was not significant (P>0.05); In the study, R6A4 treatment was the best treatment than the other treatments.
