摘要:镁元素在植物光合作用以及光合物质向下运输过程中起着重要作用,因此会影响土壤碳含量和微生物。本实验以湖南衡阳缺镁红壤为栽培基质,采用盆栽实验来研究镁肥施用量对豆科和禾本科代表性植物地下土壤碳含量和微生物区系的影响。结果表明,在缺镁条件下,生长期末期收取的玉米植株缺镁症状并不明显,表现为叶绿素含量无显著的变化,而白三叶植株叶绿素随着镁肥施加量显著增加,但是地上部和地下生物量具无显著性变化,根瘤数量及重量上升,但土壤微生物碳氮以及土壤有机碳均无显著变化。29059 毕业论文关键词:镁;豆科植物、禾本科植物;土壤碳;共生微生物
The influencing of Mg fertilizer work on the soil carbon and the symbiotic microorganism of the maize and the white clove.
Abstract: Magnesium(Mg)has important role in the photosynthesis , and also plays a fundamental role in phloem export of photosynthetic product from source to sink organs, therefore, could influence the carbon and microflora in the soil. Here, we conducted a greenhouse experiment using low-Mg in–situ soil without and with a gradient of Mg additions to investigate the effect of Mg fertilizer on soil carbon and the microflora in the leguminous and gramineous plants. Our results showed that Mg fertilizer addition have no significant effects on maize growth, reflecting in no significant influences on chlorophyll content; there was also no significant effects of Mg fertilizer addition on aboveground biomass, underground biomass of white clover, but significantly increased chlorophyll content, and the number and weight of the root nodule. Disagree with our expectation, we did not find significant influences on soil C, and C and nitrogen in microorganism.
