摘要:本文以哺乳动物PRX基因为对象,探究该基因家族的序列特征、选择压力以及系统进化关系,为阐明哺乳动物PRX起源以及进一步探索其功能提供理论基础。对至少15个物种进行物种抽样,并且以PRX基因为研究对象,下载相关序列;利用生物信息学手段分析PRX基因或蛋白的序列特征,并详细剖析这些基因的选择压力和系统进化关系。哺乳动物PRX蛋白家族至少包含优尔大类,即Prx Ⅰ~Ⅵ,Prx蛋白家族的进化度相对比较保守,属于非适应性进化。本文着重研究哺乳动物PRX蛋白家族的聚类分析,以及相关的蛋白序列特征和系统进化关系,PRX蛋白家族具有较强的保守性,基于这些研究,为其结构以及功能的研究提供有利的材料,做出相关的贡献。34530 毕业论文关键词:哺乳动物;蛋白家族;适应性进化;过氧化物还原酶
Analysis of Adaptive Evolution and Appraisal of Mammals Prx Protein Family
Abstract: This article take mammalian PRX gene as target, and explore the gene sequence features,select and phylogenetic relationships pressure to provide a theoretical basis for elucidating the origin of mammals PRX and further explore its features.For PRX gene from at least 15 species sampled species, study and download the related sequences, using bioinformatics method to analyze gene or protein sequence characteristics PRX, and to test selective pressures and phylogenetic relationship. Mammal PRX protein family includes six categories, Prx Ⅰ ~ Ⅵ, evolution of Prx protein family is relatively conservative, and is non-adaptive evolution.This article focuses on mammalian PRX protein family clustering analysis, and protein sequences related characteristics and phylogenetic relationship, PRX protein family has a strong conservative, based on these studies, the studies of their structure and function provide favorable the material, to make the relevant contribution.
