摘要:多数盐碱区地下水矿化度高,水位高,地表蒸发量大于降水量,盐分随水移动到地表并产生积聚,从而形成了难以根治的盐碱地。我国山东省滨州地区盐碱地众多,并且盐碱化程度较高,耐盐植物种质资源丰富,具有典型性。对当地盐碱地及适生植物进行研究,可为当地盐碱地资源开发、利用和保护提供资料,并为抗逆基因的研究提供材料。本课题针对滨州地区盐碱地开展了土壤采集化验以及植物考察鉴定,获得了该地区的土壤盐分数据以及植物名录,并对两者的联系进行分析,得到结果:山东省滨州地区被统计到盐碱地适生植物共有20科37属42种,其中禾本科及藜科植物分布最为广泛。山东省滨州地区盐碱化地区的主要特点是高盐化,并且Na+ 、Cl-含量明显高于其他可溶性离子。随土壤盐碱化程度的变化,植物种类、种群密度呈现有规律的变化,如碱蓬、盐地碱蓬主要生长在含盐量较高的土地上。35243 毕业论文关键词:盐碱地;山东滨州地区;耐盐植物;土壤分析
Research and Exploitation of Saline - Alkaline Plant Germplasm Resources and Salinity in Binzhou, Shandong
Abstract:Groundwater in most saline-alkali land is high salinity. Its level is high. Evaporation is greater than precipitation. Salt gets to surface with water and gathers. It promotes the formation of saline-alkali land. There is lots of saline-alkali land in northern Shandong region. They all have a high degree of salt. Because there are lots of plants which suitable for growing on saline-alkali land, it can be regarded as the model of saline-alkali land to study the exploitation of saline - alkaline plant. This topic focuses on the salt marshes in Binzhou, researching the soil composition and plants on it. We have got the soil salinity data and plant list. We have researched the connection between them and got the results.There are 42 species of salt-tolerance plants at Binzhou counted, belonging to 20 families 37 genera. Gramineae and chenopodiaceae is the largest most species.The main characteristic of saline-alkali land in Binzhou area is high salinity. Main soluble salt is Na+、Cl-.Plant species and population density change with soil salinity. For example, Suaeda and Suaeda salsa mainly grow in soil with high salt content.
