蚕丝是人类利用最早的蛋白质之一,主要应用于纺织品中。中国的蚕丝主要为南方的桑蚕丝和北方的柞蚕丝,而柞蚕丝因为种种原因被市场忽视,本课题所研究的对象正是被忽视的柞蚕丝。现在市场所面临的技术难题便是如何找到保留柞蚕丝蛋白的大部分蛋白结构,而将柞蚕丝蛋白水解为小分子可溶性蛋白的生物方法。 本课题所研究的项目是从周围的环境中选育出产柞蚕丝蛋白水解酶的菌株,对该菌落进行生长特性,产酶效率等进行鉴定,并保存该菌株。从该菌株中提取出所需要的柞蚕丝蛋白酶,对其水解柞蚕丝蛋白的效率、蛋白酶活性等进行细致的研究。 41302 毕业论文关键词 柞蚕丝 丝蛋白酶 菌株选育 酶学鉴定
Title Screening of Protease Producing Strains
Abstract Silk protein is one of the earliest human use, mainly used in textiles.Chinese silk is mainly for south of mulberry silk and north of tussah silk,but for a variety of reasons the tussah silk ignored by the market.This study is the neglect of tussah silk.Technical problems facing the market now are biological methods of how to find the retention of tussah silk fibroin and most of the protein structure, and tussah silk protein was hydrolyzed to soluble protein small molecule. This study is researched for screning of protease from the surrounding environment. Its characteristics will be identified such as growth characteristics and enzyme production efficiency.And we will preservation the strain. We will conduct a detailed study of the protease such as it’s efficiency of hydrolysis of tussah silk protein and protease activity.
