摘要:鳞翅目昆虫数量大,种类多,有些种类的鳞翅目昆虫是农业生产上的重要害虫。为深入研究水稻田内鳞翅目昆虫的种类以及种群数量的影响因素,我们设置了不同的处理(生境、性诱剂),利用马来氏网捕捉昆虫后,对鳞翅目昆虫鉴定分类。记录好实验数据后,通过计算物种丰富度(S)、香农多样性指数(H)、辛普森指数、均匀度指数(J) 和优势度指数(D) 等方法对鳞翅目种群多样性进行分析。结果表明,稻田内主要鳞翅目昆虫为螟蛾科,夜蛾科以及卷蛾科,其中数量最多的为卷蛾科昆虫。主要优势物种有黄钩蛱蝶Polygonia caureum、稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis medinalis、麻小食心虫 Grapholita delineana、毛足姬尺蛾Idaea biselata、乏夜蛾 Niphonyx segregata。鳞翅目种群数量以及种群结构与生境关系不显著,与水稻生育期的关系显著。2016年稻田内主要鳞翅目昆虫同样为螟蛾科,夜蛾科以及卷蛾科,其中数量最多的为螟蛾科昆虫。主要优势物种有褐萍水螟Nymphula responsalis 、稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis medinalis、麻小食心虫Grapholita delineana、以及斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura。三种鳞翅目昆虫性诱剂对对马来氏网收集到的鳞翅目昆虫群落结构有一定的影响。43574

Population dynamics of Lepidoptera pests in paddy field in Zhenjiang

Abstract:There are a large number of Lepidoptera species, and some species of them are important pests in agricultural production. In order to understand the factors that affect species of Lepidoptera and population, we set different treatments (habitat, sex attractant) to catch insects by Malay's network. The species persity of Lepidoptera was analyzed by calculating the species richness (S), Shannon persity index (H), the Simpson index, evenness index (J) and dominance index (D). The results showed that the main lepidopteran insects in paddy field in 2015 were Pyralidae, Noctuidae, and Tortricidae, of which the largest number of insects was Tortricidae. The main dominant species were Polygonia caureum, Polygonia caureum, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, and Grapholita delineana. There was no significant relationship between the number of Lepidoptera/the population structure and habitat, but the relationship with the growth stage of rice. The main Lepidoptera insects in paddy field in 2016 were the same as Pyralidae, Noctuidae, and Tortricidae, but with the largest number of Pyralididae insects. The main dominant species were Nymphula responsalis, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, Grapholita delineana, and Spodoptera litura. Three lepidopteran insect sex attractant have certain effects on the insect community structure.
