摘要:本论文研究了在通过不同的光周期(一组进行为期1个月每天15小时的遮光处理,对照组则在正常日照条件下不做任何处理)处理后,根据菊花在其成花过程中发生的代谢物质的变化,以确定光周期对菊花成花的影响。实验是通过测定菊花成花过程中(包括始花期,初花期,盛花期,落花期四个时期)叶片内可还原性糖,可溶性蛋白质,淀粉等代谢物质含量的变化来得出结论的。实验过程中,经过短日照处理后的实验组比对照组的菊花提前16天进入盛花期,根据相同时间采集的叶片进行实验分析后发现短日照处理菊花叶片的可还原性糖,淀粉含量相对较低,而蛋白质的含量相对稍高。通过这些实验数据,可以确定光周期对菊花成花的影响,得出光周期能够诱导菊花成花及光周期的变化影响菊花叶片内代谢物质的结论,根据结论研究来实现调控菊花花期的目的。7383

Dynamic Changes of Physiological Metabolism in Chrysanthemum Induced by Photoperiod During Flowering
Abstract: This paper studies the light in different period (a group for a 1 month of shading 15 hours a day, while the control group normal daylight conditions do not do any processing) after treatment, according to the chrysanthemum in its metabolites qualitative change happened in the process, to determine the photoperiodic flowering chrysanthemum. Experiment is by measuring the chrysanthemum flowering process (including beginning flowering, early flowering, coated, out of four periods) in leaves is a reducing sugar, soluble protein, starch and other metabolic substance content changes to your conclusions. Experiments, after dealing with the shorter of the experimental group than the control group of chrysanthemum into full bloom, 16 days in advance according to the same time found short day treatment after experimental analysis with the blade of chrysanthemum leaf can reducing sugars, starch content is relatively low, and the content of protein is relatively a bit higher. Through these experimental data, we can determine the photoperiodic effects on chrysanthemum flowering, out light cycles can induce chrysanthemum flowering and photoperiod changes affect chrysanthemum leaf metabolites qualitative conclusion, according to the research conclusion to achieve the goal of regulating the chrysanthemum flowering.
