摘要: 本实验以萱草为研究材料,以萱草叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和光合速率为测试指标,研究农药对萱草光合速率等影响,以期为农药的生态风险评估提供依据。试验结果表明在10%苯醚甲环唑作用下,萱草的光合速率表现出先上升,后下降的变化趋势;10%苯醚甲环唑在药后1d、3d在400倍、600倍、800倍以及1000倍浓度下光合速率变化影响很大,1200倍浓度下影响不大,药后6d和10d各浓度下变化影响不大。10%苯醚甲环唑在800倍浓度下药后10天对萱草可溶性糖含量的影响最大,达到了0.4211mg/Kg,10%苯醚甲环唑在1200倍浓度下药后1天和药后5天对萱草叶绿素总含量的影响最大,达到了169.87和194.80,1000倍浓度下在药后9天影响达到最大,数值为70.48。在不同农药处理的过程中,百菌清对光合速率的影响最大,其次是代森锰锌。10%苯醚甲环唑在800倍浓度的时候对萱草可溶性糖含量影响最大。同一浓度的不同农药二氰醌悬浮液对萱草叶绿素含量影响最大。10%苯醚甲环唑在1000和1200倍浓度时对萱草叶绿素含量影响都很显著。50520

Effect of the benzene on the day lilies photosynthesis
Abstract: This experiment by day lilies as research materials, day lilies leaf chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and photosynthetic rate as the index, study the effects of pesticides on day lilies photosynthesis, pesticide effect on plant growth and development, in order to provide the basis for ecological risk assessment of the pesticide.
