摘 要:本实验以‘周麦8’号为实验材料,通过水培的方法研究其在Cd污染下外施AsA对小麦生理特性及抗氧化酶的影响。结果表明:外施一定量的AsA对小麦幼苗的MDA含量、POD活性、可溶性糖以及叶绿素含量均有一定的缓解作用,并且叶片内POD活性、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖显著增高,而MDA含量显著下降。通过实验结果可以得出:镉胁迫对小麦幼苗生长有一定的伤害作用,AsA能使镉胁迫下的小麦幼苗的抗性加,最终缓解了重金属胁迫下对小麦幼苗生长的抑制,减轻了镉胁迫的伤害。8136

Effect of ascorbic acid on Cd pollution and antioxidant enzymes of physiological characteristics of Wheat Seedlings
Abstract:In this experiment, 'Zhoumai 8', as the experimental material, through the water culturemethod to study the Cd pollution effects of exogenous AsA on physiologicalcharacteristics of wheat and anti oxidase. The results show that: the alleviation effect of MDA content on wheat seedlings, applied amount of AsA POD activity, soluble sugarand chlorophyll were, and leaf POD activity, chlorophyll content, soluble sugarincreased significantly, while the MDA contents decreased significantly. Theexperimental results can be obtained: cadmium stress damage effect on the growth of wheat seedlings, resistance of AsA to Wheat Seedlings under cadmium stress and,finally relieved the inhibition of heavy metal stress on the growth of wheat seedlings to cadmium stress, relieve the damage.
