摘要:在当今快速发展的时代,各国都面临着能源和环境双重危机,此时绿色可再生能源的开发研究成为各国工作的重点。在能源方面,煤炭、石油、天然气等不可再生资源的消耗逐渐变大,在我国总能源使用中占到80﹪以上,而且我国的能源短缺情况越来越严重,因此开发以及利用新能源变得紧急而迫切[1]。在环境方面,煤炭等能源所产生的废弃物如硫氧、碳氧、氮氧等多种化合物污染物的排放对环境的破坏很严重,因此需要开发生物质能尤为重要。66474
在生物质能的研究以及开发方向上,利用农业废弃物进行厌氧发酵是一种简单又经济的研究方法。然而不同种类的农业废弃物在发酵时产氢、产沼气的潜力都不同,要最大化的实现厌氧发酵并加以利用,就有必要对不同的农业废弃物进行研究,通过实验结果对他们的产气潜力有所了解,进而通过生物技术使沼气生产产业化,由此开发出一条清洁替代能源的有效途径[2]。本试验是将番薯梗、黄豆梗、玉米桔梗三种农业废弃物作为厌氧发酵实验,测定其产气潜力。
