有机农业战略规划中的种养循环战略规划研究

The research of farming cycle strategic planning in organic agriculture strategic planning------take the organic agriculture strategic planning in Jiangbei new district as an example
Abstract：Circular economy is a new economic mode which is environmental friendly and ecology harmonic and circular agriculture is a sustainable agricultural mode which is advocated by our government. This article starts with the theory of circular economy and circular agriculture, then analyses the situation of Jiangbei new district, uses the method of combination between theory and practice, studies the organic agriculture’s farming cycle strategic planning, and builds a mathematic model which shows that Jiangbei new district has 70848 acres of farming area, 30000 acres are occupied with rice and fodder alternately, they need 100000 tons of organic fertilizers; Jiangbei new district also has 20000 pigs and 450000 chicken, they need 12700 tons of fodder. The waste of farming system and livestock system can provide 30000 tons of organic fertilizer, fodder area can provide 3505 tons of fodder, so if we put 9195 tons of fodder, 70000 tons of organic fertilizers, we can achieve the goal of zero contamination, zero discharge, finish the circle of organic agriculture farming cycle.

有机农业战略规划中的种养循环战略规划研究——以江北新区有机农业战略规划为例
随着人们对于生态环境的认识不断加深，对于保护环境的呼声也越来越高，如何协调经济发展与生态环境保护之间的关系，保持一个科学的动态平衡，就是一门很讲究的学问了。在这种背景下，循环经济理论应运而生，有机农业的概念也在上世纪20年代于德国和瑞士被提出，1940年代在美国建立的“罗代尔农场”是世界上第一个有机农场，由罗代尔先生创立，近百年来，有机农业得到了长足的发展，根据联合国发展计划署调查研究表明,在发展中国家,有机农业是替换当前的许多常规农业可持续发展的措施。此后的发达国家们纷纷建立有机农场，由此也逐渐形成了有机食品市场。
在我国，虽然循环经济的概念被正式提出是比较晚的，但循环经济在农业领域的应用可是从古代就开始了，那么在经济高速发展的现代，如何利用合理的战略规划来发展循环经济，避免走弯路，是我们要大力研究的内容。
